Payment

You can elect to pay by Credit or Debit Card through our Secure Server (minimum order £5.00) cards are charged at point of despatch. Or pay by Cheque or Postal Order payable to ‘Strings by Post’, remembering to add postage if applicable.

Delivery

Postage and packing will be added to your order, and is currently charged for orders under £100 at £1.00 per order in the UK for strings and small accessories. UK orders over £100 are despatched with No postage charge. UK despatches of larger accessories and Overseas post is charge at cost, we will inform you of these costs at time of order. All items are sent by Royal Mail first class post (1-2 days) or equivalent international service (1-3 days).

We keep extensive stocks of most items, and aim to despatch in stock items within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Out of stock items are usually despatched within 72 hours. Card payments are processed at the time of despatch.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel your order at any point prior to despatch, or return your items, notifying us within 7 days of invoice date of your intention to return the items and why, Telephone 01908 696415 or email sales@stringsbypost.com. Please return the items within 14 days of invoice date in new and saleable condition. Refunds are process within 24 hours of receipt of returned items, by original payment method.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for strings that have been fitted to the instrument.

Privacy

Customer information, name, address, telephone number and email are collected only to facilitate processing your order, these are never forwarded to any third party. We do not hold or store any customers financial details, by using a secure online server there is at no time any reason for Strings by Post to hold any of its’ customers card details.
